Android functions


The COSYS Paketshop software digitizes and documents all your processes from parcel acceptance to collection by the customer. It is equipped with many practical features that make everyday life in the parcel store much easier. Simply capture the parcels with the smartphone camera using the barcodes that are already on the parcels anyway. Your customers are automatically notified by e-mail when new parcels arrive for him/her. If a customer wants to pick up his/her parcels, the software will show you how long the parcel was in the warehouse and calculate a price according to the parcel size. With a signature of the customer you complete the pickup.





Web Desk Functions


The COSYS WebDesk serves as a control center and is called globally from any browser. To do this, you simply log in with your user name and password. Due to the practical structure and many possibilities to filter the package data, you will always quickly find what you are looking for. Via the WebDesk you can perform the entire administration of the software. This includes, for example, maintaining/changing prices. You can also create or edit users and assign specific rights to individual users. On the mobile device you can enter information for each package. To speed up the assignment process, you create master data (customers, parcel services/shipments, parcel sizes, comments, shipment status, sender) in WebDesk. The master data is loaded by the mobile device, which saves you having to type in the customer´s name manually, for example.
