With the Zebra TC55, you get a mobile scanner that operates like a smartphone, but doesn´t share its fragility. Designed to help you digitally capture your data, the TC55 has its own powerful scan engine. The Zebra TC55 also provides the necessary memory capacity and high working speed. The scan engine of the Zebra TC55 has a very big advantage with it and comes with the ability to capture multiple barcodes in multiple formats in one scan. Simultaneous scanning allows you to scan an entire range of products and feed them into your system. You are able to capture and read 1D barcodes, meaning regular barcodes, or 2D codes such as QR codes and DataMatrix encodings. This versatility ensures that you are not restricted in your working methods and can flexibly pick up your products. Away from the Zebra scan engine, the TC55 can also scan barcodes via its camera. The 8 mega pixel resolution of the camera also helps you to record documentation of completed orders and damaged deliveries.

The Zebra TC55 comes with a very good foundation of hardware equipment. On the one hand, the device comes with a dual core processor that can take on all tasks with a clock rate of 1.5 GHz. On the other hand, the Zebra TC55 has a working memory of 1 GB RAM. Both together ensure a very fast processing of your orders and make sure that you are not slowed down by your technical companion. For storing your data, you are provided with a whole 8 GB of flash memory. Of course, this can be expanded up to 32 GB with an external micro SD card. This gives you enough storage capacity to collect data outside of the WLAN infrastructure and to store it temporarily before adding it to the system later. The operating system on which the Zebra TC55 was constructed is the seminal Android in its version 4.1. As with all versions, this is once again excellent in its intuitive operation and therefore allows any type of person to quickly get to grips with the system. Thanks to Bluetooth 4.0, you can also easily connect your mobile device to your printer or headphones without having to resort to cables. Of course, the Zebra TC55 was designed with stability in mind. In the testing procedures that the TC55 has undergone, it has survived several drops from a height of 1.2 meters and it has still been usable afterwards. It therefore meets the high military standards. The display of the mobile device is 4.3 inches and is made of Gorilla Glass. It is the most common, but also the most stable display glass available on the market. The whole device is sealed according to the IP67 standard and is therefore dust resistant and has a high water resistance. The dimensions of the Zebra TC55 are 137 mm in length, 69 mm in width and 15.9 mm in thickness, with a total weight of 220 g including the battery. The device shows few signs of use and has been conscientiously tested for functionality by our technicians.
