The color is a very eye-catching industrial green, which stands out against the background in all environments. This conspicuousness ensures that you will not accidentally step on it or place things on it. When you successfully scan a barcode, you get feedback about success or failure through various channels. Firstly, this would be via the LED that is attached to the device. Furthermore, you get to feel a high-pitched beep and a strong vibration. Of course, these feedback options are freely programmable for you, so you can customize this to your needs. The imager sensor of the Zebra DS3608 scans in a resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels. The barcodes only need to have a minimum reflective difference from the backing paper of 15 percent. For a high quality scanner, the DS3608 can naturally capture 1D and 2D barcodes and enter the information into your system. The robustness is therefore justified that the scanner can withstand without problems to the 5000 falls from a distance of 1 meter high and continue to assist you functionally. Damage from water or dust exposure has also been taken care of. With a two-layer sealing according to IP67 and IP65 standards, you can be sure that you won´t have to reckon with any damage.
